1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

✔️ The order has not yet been processed or shipped.
✔️ The cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the product (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, follow these steps:

Our team will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund if the request meets our cancellation criteria.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

✔️ Credit/Debit Card Payments: The amount will be credited back to your account.
✔️ Online Wallet Payments: Refunds will be processed to the same wallet.
✔️ Store Credit (Optional): You may opt for store credit for future purchases.

Note: If the payment is still being processed, we will cancel the transaction before it is completed.

4. Subscription Order Cancellations

If you have a subscription-based order, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Subscription cancellations made after this period will take effect in the next billing cycle.

5. Late Cancellation Requests

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse the delivery or request a return after receiving it. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (see Return & Refund Policy).
